1. Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase (such as an order number).

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Receive Authorization: We will review your request and, upon approval, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send back your item.

  3. Ship the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase. Mail the return to the address we provide.

3. Return Shipping

  • For standard returns (e.g., you changed your mind): You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • For defective or incorrect items: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label to cover the cost of the return.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the simplest method is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the product you want.

6. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned:
